How pricing works
- Hourly rates
- Community £66/hr, Standard £97/hr. 1-hour minimum per session. The first hour of each day includes 30-minute setup and 15-minute wrap-up. Additional hours are charged at the straight hourly rate. Duration is rounded up to the nearest hour.
- Parallel streams
- Each simultaneous session (e.g. breakout rooms) is priced as its own time block at the same hourly rate, with a 1-hour minimum per stream.
- Multiple dates
- Repeat weekly or fortnightly, or set each date individually. Up to 24 dates per booking.
- Large audiences
- Up to 200 attendees included. 200–400 adds £55/date, 400–600 adds £140/date. Over 600 needs a custom quote.
- Zoom Technical Operator
- Manages in-session Zoom technology only — not facilitation, chat moderation, or co-hosting unless agreed separately.
